Changing Your Dates
To request a change to your selected pick up or drop off date, please contact our customer support team by phone or email at email@example.com. Should you request a date change via email, please include the name on your order, your original pickup date and the new, desired pick up date. Your request will be reviewed by a member of our support team and any changes will be confirmed via email promptly.
Changing Your Addresses
If you are interested in changing either the origin or destination address of your shipment, please contact our team at your earliest convenience. Please be advised that this will require new shipping labels to be printed that reflect the updated address(es). A $5.00 edit fee will be assessed for order modifications that require the creation of a new shipping label. Your new shipping label(s) will be automatically generated and emailed to you for printing.
Changing Your Service Level
Need to upgrade or downgrade the service level of your shipment? Similar to editing an address on your order, any change made to the service level of your order will result in the creation of a new shipping label and a $5.00 fee may also be assessed. You will receive an email indicating your new shipping label is ready for printing once the requested changes have been saved.
Adding a Shipment to an Existing Order
If you are interested in adding a golf bag or piece of luggage to your existing order, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Our specialists will edit your current order and provide a new shipping label for your added bag(s).
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please submit your cancellation request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give our team a call. When submitting such a request via email, please include the name on your order along with the intended pickup date and location. Once your request has been reviewed, a member of our support team will confirm the cancellation.
A refund will be applied towards the method of payment used to place the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shipping date will also receive a refund, with the exception of a $5.00 late cancellation fee to be deducted from the total amount refunded to your card.
Changes in the amount of insurance, selected packaging method and other details of your order are all modifications that can be made to your shipment. Simply reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Some changes may result in the creation of a new shipping label and, thus, a $5.00 edit fee will be assessed.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact our customer support team prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so we can assist you in correcting your order.
