We understand your time is valuable, which is why we offer customers the option to drop off their shipment(s) at a local carrier store. Simply click on our Store Locator link below to find a nearby drop off location corresponding to the carrier reflected on your shipping labels. These authorized shipping locations are conveniently located and typically stocked with shipping supplies you may need to properly prepare your shipment. Please be advised that we recommend calling a location prior to drop off to ensure that any necessary supplies are in stock.
Daily pickups from carrier locations for shipments of all service levels ensure that your shipment delivers as scheduled. However, your shipment must be dropped off prior to the location’s cut off time for the selected service level of your shipment (times vary based on location). For example, if you elect to drop off your shipment and have been generated FedEx Ground labels, you will need to drop off your shipment at a FedEx location before their Ground cut off time. Failure to drop off your shipment before the appropriate cut off time will result in a delayed delivery.
While most locations will happily accept your shipment(s), carrier stores inside hotels, resorts and casinos may charge handling fees of which Ship Sticks is not associated and therefore such charges will not be reimbursed. We also recommend calling locations like these beforehand to avoid any potential surprise fees.
